Returns & Exchanges

We are so happy you decided to shop with us. We are committed to making your shopping experience with us easy and enjoyable. Below please find a general summary of our returns and exchanges policy.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Our returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Beautiful Awakening gift card. We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal above!

You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size.  We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

All Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How it Works

We are an online store. We ship once the order has been processed and fulfilled. All U.S. Domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS, FedEX, and UPS. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Most of our custom items are created as soon as your order is placed. The fulfillment time is 3 to 7 days on most orders. Certain custom items will require longer fulfillment time. You will be notified beforehand of the fulfillment time for a custom order. After the order has been completed, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

We do ask that you please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to ship.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
